Introduction:

ProActive Global Group (hereafter “ProActive”) has the "Exclusive Sales Rights" for the MOTORcheckUP products for an unlimited period in over 30 key countries in North & South America, Middle-East, North Africa and former Soviet Republics. Currently, in each country, we are establishing  independent business & legal entities. High-Level Business Summary:
This new technological invention analyzes the health of any vehicle (car, motorcycle etc. - fuel or diesel) or industry engine like a “blood test” by using one drop oil from the engine or hydraulic oil from the brake system, power steering, transmission etc. It indicates the possible causes and recommendations. The product is approved by TUV-SUD, German Dealer associations etc. (see below PS section to download the certificates). We have the patents for Europe and USA.  
  1. In Germany some VW and Ford dealers started to offer these products to their end-customers as a marketing tool, to scientifically prove the urgency of oil/hydraulic change as preventive maintenance measure etc. – with the motivation for up sale and offer an improved customer management. 
  2. Potential sales channels are: (1) Automotive, (2) Fluid check-up for Industry (i.e. factory engines as a damage preventive tool, wind turbines, airports etc), (3) Government, such as military, police, city buses etc. and (4) Establishing a retail sales network, such kiosks at shopping malls, sales via supermarkets etc.
  3. As a health test diagnostic tool, we did not see any product competition at this level. The only competition is a mere laboratory tests service which is 4-8 time more expensive. 
  4. The US market with over 254 million vehicles registered and in addition with millions of industry engines offers a promising “Profit” potential (estimated total market potential is 500+ million engines). We are flexible with the local sales, marketing and pricing strategy.
