Invitation for being a business development partner for North America and/or Mexico
Introduction:
American Dream and pOrbis are driving innovation and change in the Housing, Shelter and Commercial properties space.
We are looking for a company shareholder(s), ideally with real estate background, as we need $20M dollar more investment to set-up our factory & sales operations with a ROS target of 300% within the next 5 years. We already have some funds, the land to set-up the factory and the patent.
American Dream is the world’s leading housing and commercial properties innovator, holding the patents, technology & skills to manufacture & compress housing in a factory, utilizing mass production techniques. Distribution for both internal consumption and export is as a standard trailer load, enabling transport without restriction. In this way American Dream overcomes space inefficiency, high on-site labor costs and skilled labor requirements, all the while enabling transportation over large distances. Real houses, all at an average 44% lower cost (please see attachment below for details).
By partnering together, both companies can enjoy the synergies that come from the successful consulting and funding practices that ProActive has implemented, while taking advantage of the exclusive patents, technologies and skills held by American Dream to revolutionize the construction industry.
